OpenComRTOS/MP on ARM M3Altreonic has extended the offer for its heterogeneous OpenComRTOS supporting Win32 and ARM Cortex M3 bundled with the Luminary development kit for just 2995 euro. (excl. taxes and shipping).

What's included:

- OpenVE (supporting Windows, for Linux contact us).

- OpenComRTOS-MP for Win32, using MinGW

- OpenComRTOS-MP for ARM Cortex M3 (using GNU)

- OpenTracer (Windows only)

- A Luminary CodeSourcery LM3S6965 ETH development kit (see attached datasheet) and additionally a GNU-C toolset.

This bundle runs the demo examples out of the box (after compilation). The user can write his own programs, e.g. first running them on his PC and then remapping tasks and kernel entities between the PC and the ARM board (connected via a serial link). To run the programs, only a recompilation is needed. No source code changes are needed.

He can download the tracebuffer and use the Event Tracer to visualise the scheduling and task interaction. From within his tasks (on the ARM or his PC), he can call graphical services and stdio functions that call the hostserver on the PC.

Given the low bundle price, support is limited to 3 months.
