Registration is requested for downloading pdf files, and required for the download section. 

Note that each registration is verified, so please provide your real name and a valid email address. Dubious registrations will be rejected. When in doubt, contact us via the contact form.

Note that registration for the newsletter is separate as this is handled by an external service provider.

Account information
Spaces are allowed; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
